Nice to Meet You!

Allow me to introduce myself. I am a licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the field. I started my journey as a salesperson in 2002 and subsequently obtained my broker's license in 2005. This achievement empowered me to establish my own real estate brokerage, Capital Residential Realty, in 2011. My business has thrived primarily through referrals and repeat clients, as I am deeply passionate about providing exceptional service. I take pride in consistently ranking in the top 15% in sales volume by the local REALTOR association.

On a personal note, I hail from Hampton, Virginia, but due to my father's service in the United States Air Force, I have had the opportunity to travel and reside in various states and countries. In 1988, we relocated to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, where I currently reside in Silver Spring, MD, with my wonderful husband and beautiful children. Outside of real estate, I cherish moments spent with family and friends, engaging in activities such as movie nights, church events, board games, travel, and dining out.

Education and Experience

My formal education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Studies, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and I am currently pursuing a Masters of Business Analytics (MSBA).  

Additionally, I have earned eleven certifications and designations in the real estate industry including, 

- Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI®)

- Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®)

- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS®)

- Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS®)

- Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)

My education, coupled with my field experience, makes me a distinguished professional.
